Noosa Concours d’Elegance | Ferrari Testarossa

#37
1988 Ferrari Testarossa

Engine: 4.9 litre - 12 cylinder
Output: 380 horsepower

Penned by the Pininfarina design house and introduced at the Paris Motor Show in 1984, the Ferrari Testarossa quickly became the ultimate 1980s status symbol, with bold, attention-grabbing styling and exhilarating performance.

With its iconic Ferrari wedge profile, the Testarossa saw the introduction of the larger side air intakes shielded by five distinctive strakes that would become the model’s most recognisable feature. This Ferrari didn’t just look fast, it could sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 5.8 seconds.

This exceptional example is one of the rare Australian-delivered cars, finished in iconic Rosso Corsa (red) over black leather interior. An original, well-preserved car, it has travelled just 13,500 miles (22,000 km) from new and holds Ferrari Classiche Certification, confirming its full authenticity.

Today, the Testarossa remains the essential Ferrari – a timeless icon of its era.
