Engine: 3.5 litre - 12 cylinder
Output: 230 horsepower - 171kW

Celebrating its 60th birthday this year, this 1964 Ferrari 250 LM made its racing debut in 1964 at the 1,000 km Nürburgring, driven by Jochen Rindt and Umberto Maglioli where it did not finish. This was followed by another unfinished race at Le Mans with Rindt and David Piper, before competing at the 12 Hours of Reims driven by John Surtees and Lorenzo Bandini, where it secured second place after leading for much of the race.

It then passed to Bob Grossman in USA where it was raced extensively for several years, later passing through several hands, winning First in Class at Pebble Beach Concours in 1975, and racing at The Oldtimer GP at Nürburgring and Monterey Classics.

In 2004 it passed to its previous owner, who raced it at the 2006 and 2008 Le Mans Classic and many other USA races. He restored the car in 2012, winning Second in Class at Pebble Beach Concours that year and First in Class at the Royal Concours at Hampton Court Palace, London in 2023.

Under its present ownership it has won Best of Show at the Sydney Harbour Concours in 2024 and competed at the Phillip Island Classic Races and the Adelaide Motorsport Festival.
