The Chevrolet Corvette is without doubt America’s most popular sports car. An enduring icon since 1953, the Corvette entered a bold new era with its second generation, produced from 1963 to 1967. This generation marked a radical departure from previous years, introducing a fibreglass body with retractable headlights, refined suspension for improved handling, and a range of high-performance engine options.
This 1967 example was sourced from the U.S. desert and has recently undergone a comprehensive 12-month restoration, including a full respray in its factory-correct Goodwood Green, returning the car to its original presentation.
Under the bonnet is the legendary 427-cubic-inch “big-block” V8 engine, delivering the raw power and presence that made the Sting Ray famous. Retaining its original left-hand drive configuration, this beautifully restored Corvette is a standout example of one of the most celebrated American sports cars of its era.
