Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2026 Noosa Concours d’Elegance. We appreciate the time and care taken by each owner in submitting their vehicle for consideration.

Selection Criteria

All nominations are reviewed by the Noosa Concours d’Elegance Curation Committee. Vehicles are evaluated on their style, technical excellence, significance, originality, and where relevant, the authenticity of their restoration or preservation.

Selection is at the sole discretion of the Curation Committee, and all decisions are final.

To maintain variety and showcase new vehicles each year, cars previously exhibited at Noosa Concours are generally not eligible for re-entry within a three-year period.

Selection Process

Please complete the nomination form below in full.

You will be asked to provide details about your vehicle and to email a minimum of four high-quality photographs showing front view, side view, rear view and interior view. Photographs are to be emailed to [email protected]. Nominations cannot be considered until suitable photographs have been supplied.

Once nominations close on 31 March 2026, the Curation Committee will meet to determine which vehicles will be invited to participate in the 2026 event. Successful applicants will receive a formal invitation. Unsuccessful applicants will be advised by email by late April 2026.

Photographs

Your vehicle will be reviewed by the Curation Committee based on the photographs you provide. Please supply clear, high-quality images that accurately showcase the vehicle’s condition, presentation, and key features. Nominations cannot be considered until photographs have been supplied.

A minimum of four images is required - full front view, full side view, full rear view, and interior view. Images are to be emailed to [email protected].

Optional images (recommended if available) include engine bay, dashboard, period documentation, additional angles or points of interest.

Please note: Supplied images may be used for promotional purposes, including the event website, social media, and print media.

Judging

As part of the Concours program, vehicles may be judged by our official Concours Judging Panel and eligible for a range of Awards.

Release & Waiver

I/we, the undersigned, wish to enter and participate in the Noosa Concours d’Elegance, to be held on Hastings Street, Noosa Heads, and hereby submit my/our vehicle nomination for consideration.

In consideration of the acceptance of this application by the Noosa Concours d’Elegance, I/we confirm and agree as follows:

I/we understand and accept the inherent risks associated with participating in this event, and hereby release and discharge the Noosa Concours d’Elegance, its organisers, committee members, volunteers, staff, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, losses, liabilities or damages arising in connection with the event, including but not limited to loss or damage to the nominated vehicle or personal property, or injury to any person, including where caused by negligence.
I/we warrant that the vehicle nominated is covered by a valid automotive liability and property damage insurance policy, and accept that any liability for property damage or personal injury arising from the vehicle’s participation in the event will be the sole responsibility of that policy.
I/we grant permission for the Noosa Concours d’Elegance to use any photographs submitted with this application, as well as any images or video footage taken during the event, and information relating to the nominated vehicle, for inclusion in event publications, promotional materials, media coverage, or digital platforms, including websites and social media.
