This exclusive dinner will showcase four premium Yalumba wines, thoughtfully paired with a three-course menu created by Sails Executive Chef, Paul Leete. Guiding the experience is Jessica Hill-Smith, daughter of Robert Hill-Smith and sixth-generation member of the Yalumba winemaking family, who will share her insights and stories throughout the evening.
